I got perm banned, i knew it would happen this system is heavily flawed but whatever, i have about 15-20 people i played with regularly and i have no access to there ingame names now and i dont know how i would be able to re add them, There surely must be a way to, or did riot not think that far lol?

You can browse the forums for awhile and you will see people being banned for nothing or just having bad games and being reported for it

But even if it did, what you are describing is known as "False reports" and they do exactly nothing.

Reports just don't do what you seem to think they do. Reports trigger reviews of behavior, that is it. I could tell 1 billion people to report someone that didn't do anything and they wouldn't be punished.

It turned out the person was trolling and they were reported for both that and verbal abuse. So they were mistakenly sent logs when they shouldn't have been. Even a red suggests that could be what happened in that thread.
In any case, that thread isn't proof of anything as it has no resolution.
