Hey riot, maybe you could actually do your job and make the reporting system a lot better. we should be able to report players after the game has ended, not in the ater game screen, but legit have a report page wehre you can type their sum name in and show your reason and evidence. I have recently been told multiple times by diff people that I suck and shoud go kill myself if I miss one ability. I have proof in a msg. He was swearing and sayin gbad thinngs. I'm not a little kid that's whining, just wondering how a big company like yourself could have so many flaws in its only gae.. like seriously. do your job and ban people that need to be banned. thank you

If you are able to easily search a summoner and report them, you'd get a lot a witch-hunts where people tell their friends to go report a player and give their friends the "evidence" to send (and doing this on their smurfs as well).

You can report players using a Support Ticket if you have to, but please make that your last option, not your first. Put it under the Game & Features > General Questions category, and it will be forwarded to a Player Behavior Specialist. Remember that tickets are your last resort; the reporting system is enough for the vast majority of cases, and making tickets for issues that the system can catch just increases ticket times for issues that really need to be handled manually.

Are you talking about the chat at the post-game screen? You still use the normal report feature for that.

If you want to report someone for behavior past that, use a support ticket. If you're having to do this often, you need to stop adding people to your friends list that is not your friend.

they don't have a suppt ticket for reporting. Riot needs to do a better job. I'm sure you can agree with me that some people are not meant for ranked, also the dynamic queue is just plain stupid.. get bronze vs golds every game and it keeps ruining my series. They need to do a better job with the matchmaking and the report system. Not make it so easy to just report, but actually show evidence of being toxic and stuff. I'm sure over half the league players in the world would agree with me on this one.. too many pople ruin the game and riot needs to step up and do something about it.. not just say, oh you should report them after game and we will do what we can.. no, they need to man up and actually help people. not make the game worse like they are doing

You can submit reports in support tickets under general.

They already have chat logs so for chat related things there is no reason for evidence. Look around this section of the boards, the system works. People get banned all of the time. Visibility of punishments is just extremely low.

Use the "I have a question about Riot games" request, they'll shift it to the right people once they read it.

Beyond the level 30 + champ requirement, there is no additional requirement to play ranked. So no. The idea of ranked is to have a general quantification of how good you are at the game.

If dynamic queue or bad teammates were the sole cause of your trouble rising in rank, how do these streamers keep on raising smurfs up through the ranks no problem?

You keep saying Riot should do something. What? Punish the verbal abuse cases? They do already, use the report feature. Ensure no more trolls are in your games? How? They can't manually review every single report against a possible troll, and the automatic system is going to let some trolls slip through the cracks.
