hello riot, I am making this discussion to let you know that I am not able to log in to create a ticket about my banned account. I've had this for a while now and do not remember the email that I used for it. This makes it impossible to talk to somebody about my account. The amount of time and money I have put in should be able to get transferred, from riot to my other account that I just made. Not fair toperma ban my account when you can just perma ban my chat ability. essencially youre just taking sooo much money from me and then saying I cant have my stuff.. THAT I HAVE PAID FOR.. doesn't matter if I get banned. I paid for the stuff so I should get it transferred to another account. thank you and pls get back to me on this

1.) You agree that anything you buy belongs to Riot and that they may take it away whenever they wish.

2.) Riot has tried to perma chat ban; it doesn't work. Not only that, it's unfair to penalize other players for your lack of control in chat in a game that requires you to communicate with your team.

3.) No Riot should not transfer all your belongings to your new account; that wouldn't be a punishment then.

That being said I hope you figure out what email you used so you can see the reason why you were ban. Then if, and only if, it was ban for wrong reasons; talk to them about it.

so the fact that I spoke up in ONE game when at least 4 diff players were flaming me doesn't get them banned? riot logic is pretty bad tbh.. just saying I shouldn't get perma banned when I'm being the one abused. this has happened to me before and its annoying. and I have no choice but to agree to their ways.. nobody does. if I had a choice I wouldn't accept all of this stuff when their is only one button.. if you don't they wouldn't let you play.

Ive had this account for 4 years now.. do I rly get nothing for being a fan over the years?? ok riot

Oh ya? So you saying that you didn't learn anything with your chat restrictions and 14 day ban?

Chat logs or it didn't happen.

I never got a 14 day ban though.. and I looked through the logs of the 2 games. only one of them did I actually say something.

then were you toxic in pre/post game chat? cos Riot can see those too.

If you've never gotten a 14-day ban, then it may have skipped punishment tiers due to the severity of the chat.

You no longer log into the support site with a unique support login, you use your account login. If you can access the site, you can submit an account recovery ticket without logging in at all; the ticket responses will be sent to the email you provide in the ticket, you don't need to use the one attached to the account.

Or are you saying the support site is simply not working properly for you? If that is the case, please try clearing your browser cache and/or using a different browser to log in. If you need further assistance please post on the Help & Support board.

I log in on this site. go to support login and it asks for my email, not my username. I do not know what email it is because it has been such a long time since I started this account. No ability to send a ticket. I sent riot a message personally about it, and that I can only talk to them about it on here.

I don't think it should be asking your email no matter what you do there. However, if you need to manage your account without your old email then you should be going to the Submit a Request without logging in, and select the "Account Recovery" category; it does not allow you to log into Support for that option, and you provide whatever email you want for ticket correspondence. Please use that one to contact Riot, or you can send them an email at [email protected] if you're having issues with the Support site. I don't know what kind of "personal message" you sent them, but they won't be able to help you directly on the boards.

For further assistance with this I would recommend posting on the Help & Support board. There are dedicated Player Support members there who can point you in the right direction.

To log in, you must have a League of Legends account with a verified email address. We sent you an email with a link to verify your address. If you don't receive the email in the next few minutes, check out our FAQ

if I don't know what email I used then I cannot sign in xd

Ok I see what you mean, the email was never verified. You verify your email by going to your account on the top right of this page, clicking Settings, and following the prompts there. If you're unable to do to that you can get help from support through the email ticket as described before.

omg.. can nobody read lol

I cannot verify my account because I do not know what email it is. I have not known for 3 years for this certain account.
I cannot do a support ticket because I cannot verify my email. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^

riot should personally contact me on here. I have sent them a msg and have not gotten reply back

I know my account name and password though.. how I am able to reply to these, yet I cannot submit a ticket

I'm trying to tell you that you do not need to know the email or log into support to submit a certain type of ticket. Use the I need help recovering my account ticket option, or email them at [email protected] with as much of the info below as you can;

Username (login name) Summoner Name (C9 Bench) Region Account creation date Date of birth on the account Location where account was registered Explain how you first gained accessed the account Other people that have accessed the account First ever RP purchase (date and item) What you've used Refund Tokens on First 5 champions you purchased Gifts given and received on the account

Again, you do not need to log in or register your email to do this. If you have already submitted this ticket, or sent an email to the appropriate place they will get back with you as soon as possible to the email you provided in that ticket/email.

again, pls read what I type. riot wont let me submit a ticket cause I do not have a verified email, which wont allow me to sign in and submit one. I don't know what email it is so I cannot verify. pls get your facts straight

It doesn't let you log into the support site to submit a ticket for account recovery, and forcefully logs you out if you try. Just select the appropriate category as described.

If you just don't want to or can't use the support site, you may start a ticket through email, it doesn't matter what email you use to send it you just need to submit enough information to prove you're the account owner.

You CAN'T sign in when you submit a Account Recovery ticket; you have to be signed out of your League of Legends account and the Support Portal. Otherwise, they won't be able to address your ticket. This is for account security reasons to ensure that anyone who has access to your account won't also have access to your ticket.

For the email field, you'll just put an email account that is secure and you have access to.
