hello riot, I am making this discussion to let you know that I am not able to log in to create a ticket about my banned account. I've had this for a while now and do not remember the email that I used for it. This makes it impossible to talk to somebody about my account. The amount of time and money I have put in should be able to get transferred, from riot to my other account that I just made. Not fair toperma ban my account when you can just perma ban my chat ability. essencially youre just taking sooo much money from me and then saying I cant have my stuff.. THAT I HAVE PAID FOR.. doesn't matter if I get banned. I paid for the stuff so I should get it transferred to another account. thank you and pls get back to me on this

1.) You agree that anything you buy belongs to Riot and that they may take it away whenever they wish.

2.) Riot has tried to perma chat ban; it doesn't work. Not only that, it's unfair to penalize other players for your lack of control in chat in a game that requires you to communicate with your team.

3.) No Riot should not transfer all your belongings to your new account; that wouldn't be a punishment then.

That being said I hope you figure out what email you used so you can see the reason why you were ban. Then if, and only if, it was ban for wrong reasons; talk to them about it.

You no longer log into the support site with a unique support login, you use your account login. If you can access the site, you can submit an account recovery ticket without logging in at all; the ticket responses will be sent to the email you provide in the ticket, you don't need to use the one attached to the account.

Or are you saying the support site is simply not working properly for you? If that is the case, please try clearing your browser cache and/or using a different browser to log in. If you need further assistance please post on the Help & Support board.

I don't see how that's unfair.

You signed an agreement with Riot.
You broke the terms of that agreement.
Riot is exercising its right to close your account because of that.

It's too late to try and change the terms now.
