I reported this person, but I don't know if it will get them banned.

I was recently in a match with probably the most toxic player I've played with in my few years of playing this game. Was Urgot top lane. I was feeding with MF because Ezreal Velkoz bot lane tilted me ;_; Anywho, I was repeatedly told by Urgot to commit suicide, that I was trash, called a %%% and retard multiple times and when I informed them that I've been previously hospitalized for suicide attempts after my mother passed in December 2014, they encouraged me to try again. While this doesn't particularly offend me, I don't think it's safe for anybody with a history similar to mine to play with this player and I feel as though they have warranted a permaban. This went above and beyond something a 5 game chat restrict will solve.
