Dear RIOT,

is Riot Player Support Specialist the most easiest job in the world ?

Daily work- COPY AND PASTE the official answer to anyone who submitted a support ticket about account suspended. - Ignore the question in any support tickets and paste the official answer is fine. - Never review case again and paste the official answer is fine. - Reply the support tickets depend on how busy you are.
- If you got any problems, just paste "We won't be able to go into the specifics of an account's exploit abuse, as divulging this information could compromise future investigations. " to answer. - Keep in mind, " We work hard to preserve a fair and competitive environment in League of Legends. " by banning Players randomly NO MATTER reasonable or unreasonable.

If you wish to earn money by banning people, i suggest that you can release a "Get Back Your Account" service and cost banned player for 200$ each time.

I apologize for my rude, but RIOT u SUCK.

A significant amount of resources get poured into Player Support and Behavior -- because it truly deserves it! As part of a team that works very closely with data, I can vouch for the fact that Rioters are working really hard to try and make this kinna information (chat logs, summoner info, reports, etc) readily available and searchable. This means smaller turnaround times when dealing with inquiries, better investigation into issues, etc. We're always looking for ways to improve our communication and interactions with players.

It's never easy trying to keep a large, active, vocal community happy. Huge props to those Rioters who need to deal with it every day :]

Why would they bother to type out the same answer to the same question 100 times a day? Do you want them to send you flowers as well?

I disagree, I think Riot support is pretty good. Really slow, but pretty good. I submitted a ticket last week and still havnt heard back from them.

But when they do, they usually solve my problem.

However Blizz support is WAAAY BETTER. Why? Because they answer within 24 hours. Its been a whole week since I sent my ticket =(

Iv'e gotten both copy pasted responses, and normal responses, as always the robot is more enjoyable errr i mean th ehuman, cough cough cough >.> <.<

To be fair If you are not paid for the job , thats my problem, but u get paid. Nobody would wonder the system may has bug or error ? So everytime they said "system detected the use of 3rd party program / hack / script " is 100% right ?
