I got banned for games that I did not play

(RESOLVED ESOLVEDR SOLVEDRE OLVEDRES LVEDRESO VEDRESOL EDRESOLV DRESOLVE) I had just hit plat, and I was feeling very happy. This was my ranked goal for the season so I was pretty done unless it was a custom with my friends. I got of League to go play Divinity. Some hours later I was still playing divinity when one of my friends joined my discord call to ask me why I was playing Yasuo, in ranked after I had said I was done with ranked. I was confused and live-streamed my Divinity game. He told me to check my profile, and when I did I saw that I was indeed playing ranked. It was ranked flex but it was still a little jarring knowing that the person was not me. I tried to log into my account during the game and I could not. I checked my match history and there was already a game there (not my game). It was a riven game in flex, and he played perfectly. I don't play riven, and my riven is much less than perfect the few times I have tried to play the champ. I was freaking out. It would not let me into my account, and every time I would log in I got an error. He finished his Yasuo game, with a remarkably high score. I was worried but I had just changed my password so I thought everything would be alright and I would never see from it again. I wake up today to try to log in and it said I had been permabanned for the use of third party applications. Watching any of my soloq vods will show that I don't use third-party apps. I will try to do as much as I can to prove my innocence. For reference, I live in, with a brother who used to live with me, but no longer does. It is very possible that he has my account, but when the even occurred I checked with him immediately, and he was playing league on his account (he is also a member of the discord in the picture below). below is a discord link of me expressing surprise in chat, keep in mind I was in a call at the time, at some point when one of my friends gets home I can offer voice call logs (plays.tv) of what I was saying at the time. below are the 2 games that were not me, and I believe are the cause of the ban. It is fun with friends and it feels accomplishing to climb soloq. I really don't want all the time I have put into this game to just disappear.

If they didn't use 3rd party apps they would have just been boosting you without you knowing lmao, but real life they stole my man's from the custom game we were gonna play because someone queued up on his account. I also msg'd the account while Ninjaultimo was in the discord chat, but the account didn't respond and Ninja didn't get it appearently. I probably have some evidence in discord or in game, and plenty of witness accounts, but who would even lie about that? For one, why would you get to play just fine then go get a third party app to compensate for something? Two, this is the same man that flamed me for saying Facecheck looked cool. Also, why would someone hack someone else's account just to duo in flex and not troll? Ninja doesn't even play flex (check match history for him and all of his frequent friends), so it's highly unlikely to be him, but that means whoever at the IP who did it, if the IP registered as different dispite Ninja trying to force himself into the account while the other person was playing, was doing that for a reason and likely will do it to other accounts, so do check into that.

Riots handling of account security is beyind ridiculous and unacceptable. Almost every company is using 2step authentication but riot still hasn't implemented it, they said they will but its still not here even if the new client has already arrived. Riot need to put things in priority is security should be the most important one. Fix the client, secure our accounts then waste your resources in stupid skins and other games ure making.

I hope u get your account back as long as u haven't messed with any of those sketchy websites then riot should give u a reward as a compensation because it's their fault.

What does the reform card say for the ban issued.

Also not to mention 4 days ago there is a riven match in flex that shows a similar play style.

It is end of season so if you perhaps got a little boosting i would understand but there are ramifications to every action.

This is not the place to try to get your ban removed. Send in a ticket to Riot (Do not bump your ticket by sending several) and hope they are kind enough to remove the ban. They might not be tho, ToA says your responssible for all action on your acc. But hey, its worth a shot

It was brought to my attention that when I tried to log on to my account when there was someone else playing on it, I had divinity open. when I received the error message and could not log on, it could very well have been one of the many mods that I have from steam, to use divinity. I have downloaded lots of mods for Divinity Original Sin 2 and a few for CS:GO. With this in mind, it would be useful to know the type of third party application detected because it could very well be a harmless steam mod that was running. Seeing as I have already dealt with the breach in my account, this would clear up the third-party app problem, thus the permaban could be revoked (if thats a thing thats done).

knowing riot support you can kiss your account goodbye. cause they don't/won't help in recovering accounts. i'm sorry to say it but that just how riot support is.
