LOST MY SKINS

So I have lost 3 skins as far as I know. Its making me mad because family and friends have bought me a lot of riot points. I have lost Dark Star Oriana, Arcade Corki, and Pulsefire Caitlyn. I would like to know if I can get these skins back and if anyone else has had this problem.
