Constantly getting chat banned wrongfully

is the automated system broken or something? because i have been chat banned 3 times without me being negative, toxic or anything of the sort.

i had trolls in every one of the games i got chat banned and it seems telling the enemy team to report the troll is "Negative" enough that someone can report you and you get chat banned. this is so stupid as the first time i lost all of honor progress and spent over 2 years fixing it; then had it lost AGAIN (luckily i got it fixed the second time right away through support) and now once again after 4 months of being chat friendly, acting the exact same way i would in any of my other games up until this point i get chat banned because a troll reports me as negative and flaming.

this is so goddamn bad Riot... your basically telling me to Mute everyone on my team in order to not say anything in game to avoid getting chat banned; but knowing the automated system someone could still report me for not talking in chat and i will get chat banned anyways...

This is a misconception - you don't get banned for getting reported. At all. You are only ever banned if your behavior merits a punishment. There is an extremely slight chance of a false positive - but the chance you were subject to two of them? Virtually nil.

I encourage you to post screenshots of your in-client reform card to get feedback on what you did wrong so you can stop doing it in the future.

asking for reports, for a troll or not, is considered harassment. chat logs pls.

also you cannot get banned for not saying anything unless you are intentionally feeding or cheating

We can't do much about the system, but if you'd like us to see what in the chat may be getting you punished, or just to give tips on how to not get punished in the future, then we'll need your chat log from the reform card.

dont forget if you are flamed and disrespected and stick up for yourself ( yes even without cursing) you get banned and if you report that person nothing happens

Maybe you need to look at the mirror if you are constantly getting punished by the system.

Of course if you'd like, we can teach you about how the system works so you don't get punished. You just need to ask.

You misunderstood. You got penalized for being toxic and flaming back. Just because the started it doesn't mean you get to it back. But you getting a penalty, only shows how consistent you are flaming and being toxic you are.

So no, the Automatic system isn't broken. It's fine, and you getting a penalty shows how perfect it working.

Post your chat logs. Otherwise whatever you say doesnt mean anything. Why would anyone take your word for granted?
