I was tilted, and this game only promotes tilting behaviour

I'm sure I'm gonna get a ban (maybe even permanent to give me a reason to not play this game) but when your team is constantly shit talking you and your support is busy screwing off not doing anything and youre getting demolished bottom lane 2 and 3 man turret dove because your support finds it more important to run around and not actually do anything productive and then continues to shit talk you as youre already down and out and youre still getting dove, how can you keep your self calm. I know theres mute buttons but when they wont ping other than to spam and they are using chat to play call don't tell me to mute things. Yeah I say coarse language but this is seriously batshit crazy. This is why I hate this game, these holier than thou "smurfs" that act like they are the king turd of crap mountain and belittle you and keep pushing you down. And then I get reported and banned because not only are you getting destroyed by the enemy team, not only are you getting downtrodden by your team mates but then I have an outburst where I say something bad and riot slaps you with a 2 week ban, I think now I'm going on a month if not a permaban. This is why I prefer other games. so thanks in advance for the ban riot!
