3rd party programs

I understand why riot is banning people who use 3rd party programs to get an unfair advantage over everyone else, but it really bothers me that they are going after ALL 3rd party programs.

Not all 3rd party programs give you an advantage or make LoL unfair, I even understand that using custom skins, while not giving you an advantage either, they do kinda interfere with riot's main revenue from casual players, but really, banning people even for just a voice changing program?

I have seen a lot of people posting in the forum that they were banned just for using a voice changing program, some saying that it gave them an unfair advantage (really?) others saying they just got a generic 3rd party program ban message. Here's an example of one they posted:

"Hello, Effectively, modification of the voices language consists in a modification of our client. out system detected the use of this program during your games. I hope you understand why it's unpleasant and frustrating to play against players that use a tool to modify the game experience. We took measures to protect equity and integrity in the Fields Of Justice."

The only 3rd party program I use is just for being able to change the voices in the game to Japanese, I don't have a problem with the voices in English, but I really enjoy listening to my favorite anime's voice actors.

I feel that this is really unfair, I'm not hurting anyone, I'm not getting any advantage, I'm not "modifying the game experience" for anyone but myself and just with the voices, and the only reason I use that program is because the way I used to do it, without any other program, doesn't work anymore.

I think that it's completely understandable that riot doesn't want 3rd party programs to be used, but at least make things like language change available, I don't think it would be hard and it certainly wouldn't hurt anyone. Because I don't understand, at all, why language lock the game, are you telling me all the people in NA have English as their main language? Besides it's not like they're 3rd party voices either. They are the official voices of the game in different regions, why waste them?

So please riot, make this an official feature, you already have different languages, why not be able to use whichever one is your mother tongue or simply the one you like the most.
