So After the game I had someone say this too me and i reported and put the quote in the report ; do reports in the after game chat matter?

Great question! The last I heard, the Instant Feedback system only pulls from the in-game chat logs; however, if a player is negative or toxic in Champion Select or in the post-game lobby, you can use the report feature and add a comment noting that the player was toxic in pre/post-game chat to have those chats manually reviewed. Verbal abuse, such as the quotes you brought up, aren't acceptable within the League of Legends community and are definitely punishable. If you have any additional questions, please let me know!
