Honestly confused
Why the punishment for intentionally feeding and AFKing isn't as severe as saying bad words. It genuinely baffles me when people just dip from a game after raging and then they hop right into the next game no problem.

Because it's ridiculously easier to detect flaming than it is to detect intentional feeding. That said, int feeding is punished with an instant 14-day ban once detected, so you're wrong in saying that the punishment is less severe. It's just longer in being applied.
I don't think Riot detects feeders as well as it could, but I gotta acknowledge how hard that must be. Lagging in an engage can look an awful lot like intentional feeding, as can getting stomped in lane by somebody significantly more skilled than you. It doesn't help that butthurt players are constantly reporting their shitty teammates as intentional feeders, which I'd imagine takes away lots of man-hours on Riot's part when manual reviews are used.
Because this game is about being nice to each other, there is no place for competitive bantering, or god save us, flaming. This place is supposed to be a "safe place" for all the snowflakes who can't bear the real life problems. This is a shelter, a sanctuary for the mentally weak people, where they can find their inner peace.
Also, how dare you accuse anybody with intentional feeding, he might just have had a bad game. You should be much more tolerant! You can't punish people just because they do not meet your expectations.
And why would you want to punish AFKers? What if his mother just fell down the stairs, his baby was born, he had to go to his wedding. Do not tell me, nothing ever happened to you when you played the game. You are just being too intolerant, like the germans were in WW2 -_-
