POssibility to attach a image on a report

What you guys think about a possibility to attach a print or even better, to include a time windows where some doomed behave happened in-game or "in-pick"/"in-posgame", I question that based on a post of mine deleted where I have a print of a character cursing me on pick and bans screen, the moderator say I should use the report system, but the reports just shows the chat in-game.

Also, I feel the riot bans obsolated, since I reported the same player on that game and didn't receive any notification about, how is common to receive, he did just say things can be interpretative, he litterally cursed me and others during the game. The * character pop-up a lot on that game BTW, I feel the possibility to attach a print or to say what time something happened (like when you tag a part of a video on youtube) can help more the ban system works better.
