Remake Doesn't work

I just playerd with a ezreal who got DC at less than 4 minutes and when I tried remake it say we need one champ DC, but he got DC and came back with 15 minutes of game. How can I receive my league points back? Is being such struggle climb elo when Riot doesn't make a good system to prevent us to play with players who pull us down. I pray for the day we can mark others players with "don't allow this players on my ranked game"

Remake wasn't made for that. You can remake at 3 minutes if someone never connected to the game. That is purely what Remake is for. It's like saying "Hammers don't work. I can't cook chicken with it."

I had a game where one person didn't even connect on my team and we couldn't remake either. idk why this happens..
