Let me start off by saying i was put adc by the draft mode. Start the new "draft mode" chat begins with. "give me adc or get 4 reports" Ban the champ they (think) i wanted because i knew not to show them who i really wanted. They pick adc anyway even after i pick. Try to force me out of bot lane. (3 man bot lane all game) Bard just ulti's JUST me so i die to the enemy. Then ff at 20 and 4 man reports me for just playing the game normally. I'm not the kind of person to let someone bully me out of a role. Also not the kind of player that really cares THAT much. i just played normally reported them back and going on with my day. It just shows how toxic players on this game will be no matter how you try to stop them.

And you let that bother you?

If I were in that situation, I'd just "/shrug" and let Mr. Whiney submit four false reports. It won't do him any good. But it wouldn't hurt me either.

Go ahead and play another game. I might play Skyrim later this evening. Or I might go play in traffic. Just depends on my mood.

It's fine. The only negative thing that happened is you lost.

You WON'T get punished.

And they WILL have their reporting weight reduced.

Give them 4 reports back. Their 4 reports are only as valuable as 1 report, while yours is actually stronger than 1 if it's a 4 man team. They'll be the ones hurting.

It boggles my mind that anyone would gimp their team by intentionally banning a character a team mate wants to use. Especially if that team mate says they want to use it.

But I wouldn't find that much of a problem. I don't focus on one character. I may play some more than others. But I make sure to have a fair number that I can grab if the other team takes the one I wanted first. Someone on my team "trolling" in that manner wouldn't affect me much.

The first thing I thought when they revealed how the new champ select would work is "I will never ever ever pick the champion I actually want. It's just asking it to be banned." Used to be never mention the champion you want by name, now it's never mark the champion you want as preferred. It's first grade, Spongebob.

to be fair i dont play on the rift. 100% aram. Games are shorter, faster paced. And ( although people will disagree ) you can comeback from a bad start. Toxicity is rather rare and 1000% less intense.
