People harrassing me

So basically I play only veigar and its worked well for me just got to diamond but I main mid with top secondary and every 10 games or so I get top and people rage and harass me nonstop when I puck veigar top. Then god forbid I don't own my lane it really gets bad. And when I respond to these guys I end up getting banned because it looks like im talking allot but im responding to like 3 different people harrassing me. My question is how do you guys ignore this kind of stuff? I tried muting everyone but I seem to lose more when I do because I cant tell what they are planning to do etc. Any advice?

The system is blatantly busted. People always say "ooh mute your teammates then" but what they fail to release that it's a team game, if you mute a player, you're failing them as a teammate just as much as they are you. You won't be able to see timers they'll put, or work properly as a team because of this. So i don't quite understand why people are punished for trying to solve the conflict rather just let it go on. I'd rather have a heated argument and win a game, then mute them and let them make the same mistakes that further on make us lose.

I main Draven, and every game i ever play and will play i'm considered a "tyler1 wannabe or fan boy" it's pretty annoying. People literally harass me and taunt me for no reason other then because somebody more knownly toxic plays a champion that you're playing now. It's sickenly disgusting that i have to deal with it, and i'm not kidding. Every person that players or mains draven deals with this shit. Like do i have to start a "Draven Lives Matter" or something? Because it seems that way, getting almost abused and free losses for simply playing a champion of my liking.

The worst part is I have never even been chat banned before. But I've got 14 day ban b4 for just responding to people harrassing me. Which makes no sense. How can you get banned without ever even ha ING been chat banned? If you do that to 1 person you have to do it to all or its unfair practice. Plus how can you get banned for reapondong in the first place. By continually initiating conversation with you they are consenting to hear your feedback otherwise they wouldn't speak to you in the first place. I understand we are trying to achieve a G rated atmosphere here but riot isn't there to ban the victims of bullying when they lash back in real life a why shield them from the recourse of their actions online. One day they will take that mentality into real life and bully someone then get punched in the face and when they yell for riot to bail them out they wont be there.
