BANNED DUE TO THE USE OF MALICIOUS 3RD PARTY PROGRAMS OR MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR LOL CLIENT

in my 6 years of playing league of legends i NEVER EVER used any 3rd party program, and i NEVER modified my league of legends client!!! i was playing some ranked games a few hours ago, and when i woke up i was banned!! WHY!!! i didn't do anything!!! Please tell me how i can get back my account, where exactly should i contact RIOT support Please HALP

I've known this summoner since years and he had never used any scripts or any cheating methods
