RIOT PLEASE! this UNJUST!!

Waking up today i found myself banned for "using 3rd party program or modification to league of legends client"!! This is unfair! i haven't done anything like this! NOTHING! the only programs usually running on my laptop while playing league are chrome/skype/curse(mainly used while playing with friends) that's it! i don't understand why i've been banned! I've been playing on this account for 5-6 years, i moved from Canada to north Africa like 6 months ago so i had to change regions to EuW and changed my summoner name because it was already taken in EuW. besides that nothing has changed, using same laptop, never given my account to anyone else! Please fix this and give me back my account, this is so frustrating, Haven't received an answer to my ticket yet but as i was going through the forums i could see that all of those that got Permabanned with this reason haven't gotten their accounts back! Never have i been banned before for any reason what so ever! Please!!! FIx this!! Thank you!

Yeah I've opened multiple tickets myself and keep getting told they can't tell me any information and that the bans are permanent.. which sucks. I'm not sure what's going on or why there are so many bans at one time.

As a friend of Issabez, i can confirm that he never used any third party program, he only has one problem which is due to his internet connection and sometimes he switches from ADSL connection to 3G to avoid excessive LAG in game, i'm suspecting it is the reason his account was flagged but still this is stupid and would mean that Riot Games doesn't investigate the problems or the accounts and they ban you just for suspecting you which is totally unfair ! I hope they unban him or at least give him the benefit of the doubt and investigate his account
