So I'm trying to climb out of Silver. Last night I managed to reach my S1 Promotion to Gold by the grace of the league gods and of course won the first 2 then lost the last 3 games. (After a 9 game win streak, mind you. All verifiable by op.gg or lolking or whatever tracks match-history.) It definitely seems like promotions are rigged. I 100% believe you are either A. put with team mates with much lower MMR than you for your promotion or B. put against opponents with much higher MMR than you for your promotion. I can literally go on ridiculous win streaks and as soon as I hit promotions fail them miserably. Every time. Someone dies 3 times and rage quits. Someone goes 2/10 and decides to just sit in the base and talk. So every one of my promotions takes 2-3 maybe 4 tries before I can actually get the 1 damn victory it takes to promote due to getting a free one after failing.

Anyway, after botching my s1 promotion with major class, I lost all the way down to around 40 LP for different reasons. Mostly because I had 2 games with a nunu top (same person I believe) who fed and ran around the map spamming laugh and feasting on peoples cannon minions in lane. I had another couple games where I played Nami and I had a duo named Cypherrrr and Coralbeuty flaming me for no particular reason other than they felt like it. You get the idea.

So im frustrated already, I get off last night to cool off and I get on today. First game of the day. Low and behold as soon as I make 1 mistake Im getting flamed by lucian. we make a play bot lane and kill the support and the adc has to go back. I went up river to drop a ward on the enemies blue buff and she (sejuani) happened to be there. Well apparently they saw me coming because the fed zed from mid was already coming down to meet me and I end up dying. Lucian starts with his trash. So I defend myself against lucian because he is being ridiculous and then vlad starts defending lucian. So now I have 2 people ganging up on me because I tried to place a ward. Then Vi chimes in and shes like "I cant believe no one is flaming the 0/7 lol" So im already tilted and while watching her make dumb mistake after dumb mistake and camille disconnect after dying in a 1v3 Im just like I hope she doesnt come back so we can ff because this games obviously over. Vi is inting and blaming it on "having a bad game". I don't believe running into 3 enemies and ulting the tank and dying counts as a bad game that counts as inting. She knowingly runs to her death then says "wow idk whats happening i usually have godlike kda on vi but this game im doing so bad" so I tell her in the future when you are already 0/8 perhaps itd be best not to rush a triforce. In comes vlad "wow nami you're an asshole stop flaming you're so fkn toxic omfg" Vi: "yea stop flaming me idk why you cant be constructive" Lucian: "Nami idk why you're talking youre useless you missed your bubble you arent doing anything just shut up" so I got all 3 of them ganging up on me and then I start to defend myself by telling vlad he is the one being toxic because hes cursing at me and definitely not being calm yet telling me to calm down. Vi is acting as if shes so innocent and such a lovely great person but shes obviously inting in-game and everyone knew it but they were having too much fun attacking me because I was the only one with a decent KDA on the entire damn team. Because I stayed out of the way of certain death and did my best to help my team survive bad engagements they called me useless because I ran to survive. So after all that, and telling Vi to not play Vi anymore and play an easier jungler, they all 3 or even 4 report me in the post-game lobby and now i'm permanently banned. Yet they're all playing another game just flaming and cursing and feeding to their hearts content.

I can honestly say I made every attempt to reform after my first penalties for SIMILAR INSTANCES OF THIS SAME THING. I turned off all-chat to limit the potential flamers/flamees to 4 instead of 9. I mute people often, most of the time the entire team which should be verifiable with some chat logs from me typing /mute all. I have even done my part in reporting people MUCH WORSE than anything I have ever said and have received at least 10-15 "A player you reported has been penalized" messages.

So I would just like to know why the 3 people that gangbang flamed me are still playing right now and I am the one that has to type this ridiculous wall of text out of frustration and unfairness? Why in real life do we tell people to stand up to bullies but in League its frowned upon to stand up to them? and even punished? I have been banned from the game FOREVER because I was bullied by not 1 not 2 but 3 of my own team mates for all 3 different reasons. It just doesnt seem fair at all.

if you flamed you deserve the ban, riot does not care nor do other people care about how your game is going if you had a bot lane running it down mid and you were at all toxic you deserve the ban regardless of what happened in game.

There would be absolutely no reason for promotions to be rigged in any way, shape, or form. As League has no pay-to-win mechanics there is no benefit to Riot in frustrating a player base through rigged games.

Likely because your punishment history is different from theirs.

The system works based on escalation, and does not always immediately punish. If you were permanently banned then chances are good you worked your way up to the 14-day ban level -- a level their accounts may not be at yet. We really can't say more about their accounts other than that if you did report them they have an extra strike against them, so they may get their punishment soon.

It is not frowned upon to stand up to bullies -- it is frowned upon to reengage with toxicity. Saying "Rumble -- stop picking on our jungler. He's trying his best, as we all should be. Sometimes people just have off games. Drop it." is standing up to a bully. Saying "Vlad, shut up. You're doing as bad as he is, scrub" is needlessly antagonistic.

dude play ranked at the same time every day like if its 5pm to 7pm that you get good players and are winning then play around those times and avoid the times when you lose. theres always college drunks and highschool sneak a game pre bed players around at certain times. make a league schedule.

my duo and i do 12 am till 3 am for league then we play other games till 6 am

Unfortunately you take your frustrations on your teammates and you kind of take part in f the harassment war. One person says something to annoy you and then you respond back to with your opinion of how they play. It escalates and then you cut back and say you're not flaming and you're reporting them and then it builds up again. You keep poking and prodding.

You're essentially just telling them what you feel about them and it sound like you're trying to make them feel bad about themselves instead of being constructive and advancing the game and helping your teammates.

At least... that's the problem I see.
