if people are being stupid, feeding, talking trash, or just in general being toxic; your best option is to leave the game. dont talk to them or anything. just leave the game. worst that will happen is a one day leaver ban. this is much better than escalating to a 14 day ban or perm ban.

How is that any better than simply ignoring them? You will (probably) lose the game either way, but sticking around for a few minutes spades you action against your account. Leaverbuster sucks.
None of those things mean it's an automatic loss. You leaving, however, massively increases that likelihood. Personally I choose not to punish innocent teammates just because I'm not having fun.
Just practice csing until the games over. there will always be another one, and none of them really matter.
Leaving will actually get you banned as well.
