Remove Honor requirement from Clash

What's unfair is that someone is toxic enough to merit a chat restriction and then still gets the same toys everyone else does.

Yeah, no. While it may seem harsh keep in mind that it takes a pattern of consistently poor behavior to even get a chat restriction. If anything being restricted from a highly competitive gamemode like Clash should be all the more reason to improve ones behavior and help drive the message home that poor behavior does in fact have consequences, at least in League of Legends anyways. To quote Umbral Regent:

No...? Why should dishonorable people get rewards or - more - participate in high-stakes competitive modes? If you crack under the pressure of Ranked play, what's it gonna be like when things go sour in Clash - a gamemode, which, by the way, is more competitive than Ranked play?

Setting the bar to entry at Honor 2 - the baseline Honor level for all accounts - ensures that the pool of competitive players in Clash is pruned of the most likely candidates for toxicity. There may still be some toxic players in Clash, but setting an Honor prerequisite ensures that those who were punished for (semi-)recent misbehavior don't bring their toxicity into a gamemode where people want - more than ever - to win.

As for End of Season rewards...Again, tell me exactly why dishonorable players should be rewarded? Sure, I can agree, it's a bit harsh for some folks who truly have reformed to just have to stew in silence because, despite their efforts and skill, they don't get their End of Season rewards, but, such is the bed they made themselves in the first place.

You've still got the rest of the year to climb back in honor ranks. If you want your End of Season rewards, earn it. Don't expect that your misbehavior isn't gonna have consequences.

Clash is not only more competitive, but costs to enter. Really do need some filter on who can get in.

They should set a honor level for ranked lol.
