Can't stop flaming :^)
just had to fully flame my adc ( me as a support) for being totaly useless and braindead, can't help it when I play with these people, will never get out of lvl 0 honor. please help

You didn't "have" to do anything, you lost self-control.
I suggest disabling your own ability to chat or else you're going to lose your account at this rate.
If you genuinely can't stop yourself from flaming, I don't think we'd be able to help you any.
Regardless, I suppose I may as well throw my lot in to try.
If you're about to type in anything in chat: Re-think it. Re-think it, re-think it, and do not stop thinking: Does this somehow improve the situation? Is what I'm about to say potentially punishable? Do I even need to type anything?
Keep re-thinking it until you've either got something to say that is at worst, passable, or at best, constructive, or until you've resolved not to say anything at all.
Also, find external forms of stress relief. Fidget spinner, stress ball, punch a pillow, yell at your monitor. And don't forget to breathe. Four seconds in, seven seconds out.

Sometimes there is no help to give. Keep stoking the flames my dude - eventually you'll burn out like the rest of us and move on to a better game. ;D
Maybe this will help you; keep flaming and you will get permanent suspension sooner or later. Since you are already at honor 0, it isn't that far away in future if you keep flaming.
Oh btw; If you have all chat on; turn it off. That reduces the incoming negativity by at least 73.6% and thus reduces your temper rising by at least that amount.
