Chat Restriction and Honor Loss
I lost my honor rank at least largely in part of the following game... But before posting the transcripts I'd like to add some context.
My original account, Sacred Salvation, was banned for being toxic. Sure. It was. I was. I was kind of a douchebag to anyone and everyone and I got perma-banned for telling someone to eat tidepods or something. I can't remember. It wasn't nice, but its not like I told someone I'm going to kill them or made any serious threats. I digress. The account got banned. I was a dick. Lesson learned (for the most part).
Fast forward to this game. I've played my norms, I got my champs, I start ranked, and I get placed in gold 4. I want gold 3 so I start the climb. I'm playing with high plats in my gold 3 promos (which is broken by the way, what the hell?!) and I am honor 2 rank 1 (again played levels 1-30 and 10 ranked games and a single checkpoint, thanks rito).
Here's the game specific context.
GAME 1:
Pre-game: The team is arguing over picks in pregame. I try to chill them out and someone asks what I mean by "climb" I explain I used to have my old account and I got banned. I point out my sister and I reported the toxic duo attacking her but she never gets a pop up saying they got punished. Lovely. Justice at its finest.
In-Game: One of our players, doesn't connect. Comes in like 3 minutes into the game or so. Greet him. I get ganked level 2 by shaco after he steals red. Damn. At this point I've been level 2 ganked top by hyper mobile/stealth junglers in like 7/10 of my last games so I'm annoyed but not tilted.
I end up getting return ganked. Bad play by me, hard to counter play a level 3 shaco with his invis and free flash, my ward just died, bad time. Happens. Someone else gets a kill, give them props. The two "diamond border" players start whining that its unwinnable at 7-13 in this elo... They're wrong, but okay. Rammus literally goes to the dragon and doesnt auto attack it or smite it and gets people killed. Mocking that we have such a good chance at winning while he ints. He states he lost because of his rune being incorrect. That's why he is throwing the game. The ADC on our team is in agreement and they start intentionally trying to let towers and objectives fall while not farming well and over all just trying to keep appearances so the terrible banning system thinks they're white knights....
Now that 2/5s of the team is trying to lose and its not 15 minutes into the game and I'm in my series and they're plat 2 while I'm gold 4 I'm pretty rightly frustrated. I tell them that I think they are mentally weak for giving up for such petty reasons and tell them "if you're going to bitch then dont play... as in don't queue" I had to add that last part because these geniuses took it for "oh he wants me to sit in the base."
We lose. 5 man early surrender. No point in being with these people who don't even want to win.
Post game:
I explain that me being camped and calling someone mentally weak isn't TOXIC. Toxicity is racist, verbal abuse, going after people. Doing things people ask you to stop doing nicely. Those are toxic. THEY were toxic for intentionally throwing when 3 other people wanted to win. Yet I got punished. You tell me how this game is proof that I'm some terrible person...

GAME 2:
Pretty simple. I got camped 2v1 by a lee, we lost. I was just mad. Note. I never said anything in ALL chat, just complained to the team. I will admit I was pretty verbal but I never attacked anyone on my team and the other team never heard me say anything to them. I didn't attack the enemy players and I didn't get mad at my team until the diamond border nunu (in my gold 4 non-promo game btw) starting intentionally feeding. His match history was a sting of losses with 1-2 kills and 7-12 deaths. He was trying to lose elo it seems.
I will admit this game is more understandable because I used swear words and was upset at the enemy jungler. However, I didn't aim the words AT the players themselves and I didn't sit there and bash the enemy team for doing it during the game. My post-game was unwarrented. I'll give you that.

Conclusion:
As long as you are simply intentionally throwing games you won't get banned. If you ever get emotional it seems Riot deems it fair to take your ability to communicate in a team game away, take away over a month of game time farming a single honor checkpoint and making it so I no longer get rewards. More often in games I'm the glue that holds teams together. Where's all the chat logs from the games where I pulled the team together and helped us win a game?! Where's that at huh? Why did the int'ing duo from the first game not get punished even though they admitted to the losing but their k/d/a didn't look bad becaus they would draw us into fights and watch us die while dancing/sitting still?
I can understand the post game of the 2nd game being unwarranted by me, but its simply bad manners, its not banworthy. I never threatened anyone, no racism, no player directed hatred or anger, nothing personal or broadly discriminatory. I just want to know what you guys do with the bans? Do you give higher weight to those that are higher rank? Do you have me pre-disposed to bans and punishment due to a previous ban? If that's the case shouldn't someone like Tyler1 lose his account forever too? I never understood how someone like Tyler because of his popularity gets his stuff back but us normal people are left to rot. Why does it take so long to get a single checkpoint but now I will most likely never get another one this year? I played levels 1-30 and got a single freaking checkpoint and constantly got 2-3 honors because I carried the games AND because I was more often than not, an instructive teammate.
I just want this game to be fair and ban the people ACTUALLY being toxic. The ones losing on purpose or throwing when the game looks slightly bad. We're not all Korean Challengers here. Its NA solo queue in plat and gold. People make mistakes and the losing team can win easily. I've had it happen in my last 10 games a few times actually. So I'd prefer if the people losing on purpose get banned and the people telling ME to kill MYSELF didn't if I had to pick one or the other. One is a waste of my life the other is just words I can ignore with the ignore function (which league players don't use, just try to get people perma banned, lol). Thanks.
Edit: I think I should clarify, my ALL chat is off by default. I know I can get heated and I try to not say anything to start fights. These are the only real arguments I can think of in the last 30+ games where I had issues with people and both games have an intentional feeder. Must be my weakpoint. I can't MUTE them intentionally losing. Not sure what I can do here besides just get reported by the inters and be punished for doing toxic. Seems to be the Automated systems preference.
