Report in Champ Select

Riot needs to add an option to report people during champion select. We have trolls in the community who ban players champion selections just to get a rise out of people, then they take troll champions and start taunting people in champion selection forcing you to either play a troll game with someone who doesn't care or forces you to dodge the game with zero repercussion for the trolls who as soon as you get into the game don't say anything negative and don't overtly feed but don't help the team either. It can't be hard for Riot to come up with a tracking and reporting in Champion selection.
