perma banned no reason, have Screenshots?

okay just woke up this morning my off day....went on league...said my account was perma banned? no reason like i see normally on other screen shots saying tribunal X or email saying you broke X rule...

nothing shows what i did....it said i broke TOS rules...how? and when....and what did i do...that was a "severe violation" that could lead me to a perma ban from nothing...like i literally just got gold last night after like 30-40 games in ranked...and like maybe 300+ games of leveling...this is just not fair...i literally did NOTHING...

there was no detail given...what was i banned for? this has to be mistaken...i submitted a ticket and haven't received help atall..

has anyone else experienced this?

I've heard/read that before.... it has been exactly TWO cases out of thousands where that was truly the case. Every single other instance, the person that says "I WAS BANNED FOR NO REASON" was spouting complete BS.

well i've looked at other screen bans and they have completely different responses mine was literally different from other bans..atleast those bans tell you what they did toxic...cheating...etc...mine doesn't give a reason atall and i'm relatively new...literally no reason

don't lump me in with those cheaters and what not.

You're right, I got home and my account was also permabanned. It is a glitch... I contacted a friend and he got the same message when trying to log on.

I don't know what's going on exactly but I was wrong in this instance, Riot seems to be having problems of some type.

Well the only reason I can see is that you've played a lot of Teemo recently and Riot is finally fixing the Teemo problem. All Teemo players must be eradicated.

In all seriousness though that's really weird. I don't think I've ever seen anyone receive a ban that didn't display an actual reason in the email. You'll definitely want to try and get some summoner 13 on this one.

Same thing happened to me- unjustified to say the least.

Let me know any advance of this, I have the same problem. They give excuses. No probes. This is an scandal at least. Money is also involved, I have invested a lot and not giving up on the claim. Riot shoud correct this mistake.

I agree. I have also had this account a very long time and this is an error on a scale I had never seen before.

This is not something that should go unaddressed, even for a day. Riot, we are not cheaters, we are not toxic players (Well, perma-bannably toxic at least), this is without a doubt the worst mistake you have ever made and it needs to be corrected.

Same thing happened to my account, I almost had every champion in the game and had ALOT of skins. I was bronze friggin 2 after placements, silver last season and I logged on after finals week and it says I'm permanently banned and when I sent in a ticket... they said I "hacked/scripted", I'm bronze 2 lol... i never did any of this and I told them and they literally are no help, They throw perm bans around like their nothing!

Put in a support ticket. This might be related to a chargeback or other failure with the account.

this account is pretty new i used to play a WHILE back i was plat back then...then i quit..forgot my pass...made a new account and here i am and i get banned for no reason...

If you bought RP then called the credit card company/pay pal to stop the charges.....

Even if it's not a charge back because the wording of the ban lack the normal 3rd party/boosting wording I would put in a support ticket and try to get a response. Remember to be polite(it actually does help I was in customer service for 15 yrs).

no i don't spend money on games typically...only game i spend money on is WoW for subscription...

i've never bought RP and probably wont....because i can earn everything for free in this game that would effect gameplay...

do you know how long it takes for support tickets to get a response btw typically? i put one up like 5-6hrs ago and haven't seen any activity.

2700 is the year it's scheduled to get unbanned. Unless you've discovered some miraculous drug to keep us all alive that long, that's a permaban.

An account of mine was also perma'd yesterday. No e-mail, and when I contacted player support they simply said it was because I had been either toxic/griefing games. Even if I had done so, then I'm curious why they wouldn't have followed the standard procedures of sending me an e-mail regarding the issue, along with a reform card in client with chat logs. Very odd that this seems to be happening to a lot of people randomly.

That's my question; If I was banned for that reason, shouldn't I have gotten some chat logs ? shouldn't attempting to log on say something like "You are among the 0.07% of the community that is toxic enough to get permabanned" ? or more importantly; Shouldn't I have gotten a 2 week suspension BEFORE a straight perma-ban?

I understand some behavior is egregious enough to warrant instant permabans but it 'feels' as though this is excessive.

apparently within the 40 games or so i played in ranked i was soo much of a troll i got perma banned for it i do admit i had a 25 game chat restriction ...but this is just not right...this isn't even procedure...i admit i am toxic at times when people don't listen...but trolling/griefing? yeah...right...

i think i'm just going to leave league in the dust then...or w.e...not really worth the time to fight over...let alone they rarely reverse a ban or anything...sad that its come to this...i feel this game has come to a point it's made for purely children and it's become oppressed to the point speaking in chat leaves a potential trail for riot to just ban you...

i had fun league in the 40 or so ranked games i played....Good Luck to the rest of you who got a similar ban...i honestly suggest you find a different game though...if the dev/mods are childish enough to ban people like this and come back with a response like that when you weren't griefing or w.e..you can't argue with them either way what they say is what goes...they have no respect for their client...and thats due to the game being F2P...anyways have fun guys!

I admit I am somewhat toxic, but not 'instant permaban' toxic.... I am still hoping Riot made a mistake and banned the wrong people during this wave. But I am starting to lose hope.

This lock was actually due to a manual review of the account by a Rioter and wasn't a result of any action taken by our Instant Feedback system so that is why there isn't a specific reform card/email for this. Nothing can be done about it. I'm glad I got an actual response though. Rito saw something that they thought could be negative to the community, so they removed it from the game. It is true though, that anyone who had received the permanent suspension has done something wrong. Hope this clarifies a bit for others who have been banned in a similar method.
