Loot & craft permanent restriction?

i just got back to this game made a new account forgot my old one...and i got my first chat restriction after a week (i only work 3 days a week so i'm on quite often so 60ish games prob had a few bad games where i foamed at the mouth lol) and after reading up on some posts and what not is it true once you get only ONE penalty such as 8 game chat restriction you are ineligible for loot for 3 + months? assuming you don't do anything again? if so...how does one equate 3 months being on "good behavior" as punishment is it a month per penalty lol?

i don't get this...this is literally the ONLY game i've seen with such long term penalties...this literally makes no sense to me...i'm assuming this is a way to help people become more positive in their game-play but...having such long penalties is absurd and will have the opposite affect. this type of penatly should be put on people with 3 + strikes not their first chat restriction...

As long as you're not toxic, I wouldn't expect it to take more than 2 weeks for a 10 game chat restriction.

You just simply need to prove to Riot that you have reformed and are behaving more appropriately, and that takes time for the system to actual cross-check that you have behaved. Of course, the amount of time it takes is dependent on what you were punished for and how sever it was.

Hextech Crafting is a luxury given to players with good behaviour and is formated toward mastering new champions and playing more with pre-mades, to create a greater importance to teamwork.

You want loot, stop being toxic.

Simple as that mate. Something that helps is muting everyone and not typing in chat, remember people on the internet can't hear you scream at your computer, but they damn well can pull up chat logs.

Hope you are restriction free for your time span so that you can enjoy the awesome loot system!

Because of this restriction doesn't end and i want loot i created 4 account smurfs in different regions, there is very bad players that should be punished for feeding. In logical way, if there wouldn't be any feeding blasts from players others wound't be enraged and wouldn't behave inappropriate. I assume that feeding players should get restrictions that provoke anger while you trying to increase the rank. How it can't be no anger when you trying to increase rank then after wasted many time you are in the same point where you started, just because of other players that don't put effort in learning new stuff and brainlessly playing against more experienced player, I'm not saying I'm legendary player everyone feeds time to time. But players with experience can recover and don't feed in score like 0/15/3. So I won't stop flaming on people that do nothing good, now i have 4 flaming accs, from 1 to 4, because of this restriction. IF you really want to make a change RIOT. Create a system that would took a level 30 from players, that loses many games in count of number of deaths in game.
