I can still login as the password has not been changed which is very odd to me. When I read the login error it said to check your email for more information on why I was suspended. So... I went to go check my email but to my surprise I had nothing from Riot or League of Legends. Then I thought to see if I can check the email associated with my account. I logged in on this site clicked settings and I see this email made with Yahoo that is not mine and in no way shape or form familiar to me. When I found this out the first thought was someone was able to get into my account. I went to the support page to submit a ticket which I successfully did with as much information as I could remember, But I then clicked on submit a request, mind you I have never been on this page till now. There is a comment at 2:25 or some time close to that, that I did not write. at this point I am mad and it just confirms what I thought, that someone stole my account. I did write a bit on the request trying to point the intruder out if he decides to go and check on it, but I know this will not be sufficient in recovering my account. Further more I have a few questions...

  1. Can a permanent suspension be lifted if the so called account holder can prove that it is his? "that would be me"
  2. If account can not be recovered can I at least have my Email removed to start a new account?
  3. Can I use friends as references to prove that I'm the real account owner of Kitty1309?

I would like to thank you for your time and would appreciate it if you can get back to me as soon as possible.

Yes, accounts suspended for suspicious activity will be reverted after the original own has proved that they are indeed the original owner.

I assume that you have already submitted a ticket in regards to retrieving your account. So just be patient and answer their questions properly.

Also, stay away from suspicious websites that offer free ELO and free skins. Those are typically phishing sites looking to get your account details so they can use it to try out their 3rd party programs.

I've had this happen to me in two games, Guild Wars 2 and WildStar where gold farming bots were able to hack into my account. Support usually just tell you to change your password, and tell you to make a more complex password (since the bots know your password now and was able to know it) and then you get unbanned... except for the part of not having the email associated with this account. That looks tricky. Did you forget to confirm your email or did they hack your email too since most people have the same pass for every thing they create? Just reassuring you that if you deal with the e-mail problem... from my experience with other games, you will probably get unbanned.
