i think there is a bug that merges players accounts with the new patch for league

In the link you will find three pictures now two are Identical but have different usernames some how they have access to my account and I have access to theirs, in the other picture you will see the same thing, now all of us have the same problem we were all banned for no reason what so ever I have never done anything wrong on league besides maybe AFK once or twice because of emergencies. Riot, you guys somehow messed up and it is resulting in unfair and non called for banning of good summoners. Please take a look into my account and the others with in the link. Thank you for your time and I wish you can get back to me as soon as possible to sort this issue out.
