Report system is corrupt

What I hate most about League of Legends, is the report tribunal. I don't want this to be a biased topic, or me just ranting on about my problems, but, if you get a teammate who intentionally loses a game in champ select, you can do nothing about it. If they want to run ghost/teleport morgana bot that rushes athenes holy grail into thornmail, you can do nothing about it, because she's technically doing "nothing wrong". Sure, you can argue that the player is new, and that could be the case, but it's happening WAY to frequently. I think we all wish that there would be some way for the tribunal to detect that the person is legitimately throwing the game because it's unfair for us other players. I'm sure this is going through all of our heads, but me having a 45% win rate is just becoming old real quick. Yes, I know i make mistakes, but it shouldn't be THAT low. I realize my mistakes and capitalize on them, but it's hard to win a game when it's a 4v6, when the troll has handicapped the enemy team, then I get blamed because i'm an adc main, so my support has done "nothing wrong" because they're all innocent new-born babies apparently.

To sum it all up, fuck trolls and fuck the report system, because it's clearly corrupt if people can get away with going 0/13 with 46 cs varus mid 40 minutes in that builds a spirit visage first. Clearly there's an issue there. But, nothing you can do about it because they're just having a "bad game".
