How do you climb out of elo hell with teammate's like these??

Why is Riot not doing anything to eliminate people like these they are toxic and they cost you game's and they troll and leave

Teammate's like these make me want to quit the game and stop playing ranks because my effort's are meaningless am stuck in browse and am not moving and B2 64LP after 5 games

A normal day is like i win 2 i lose 3 then the next day i win 3 i lose 2 and so on am not moving anywhere

i played a total of 160 games and am still in browse 2

it seem's like all the teammate's i get they are total garbage

HOW DO YOU GET OUT OF ELO HELL??

Riot is working to remove people like that, however it requires time to build case against someone https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us if you feel the need to directly report them(take not you will not be informed of if they get punishment or not)

Honestly, the best advice I can give you is play strong champions that are very proactive and apply a lot of pressure.

Take time to learn a few really strong split pushing champions or lane dominant champions and learn how to spread your advantage throughout the team.

That game you posted is an unlucky one one where you got stomped by a person who has a lot of skill.

The rest is unfortunately telling us that you are where you belong. When you are winning 50% of games that's actually the elo you belong in. What you need to do now is really look to improve your skill level and look at doing roles that help your whole team. Jungle is a good way to help your team snowball and if you are good you will get fed. I carried MYSELF out of bronze last season with nocturne alone as low elo players underestimate him. No one else is going to carry you out of elo hell.

Do a bit of game homework,watch some professional players stream and practice a lot then you will climb. Also don't think you are diamond material focus on getting to silver then worry about gold etc etc.
