Does it make a difference reporting someone by ticket?

There are times when players clearly state I am going to feed and walk 1v5 and die. Just wondering if you send a video to riot with prove of that would they do something about it? The report system to me is horrible. I get the chat bans for verbal abuse etc but someone int feeding 1 game is 1 game to many. I rather have a toxic person who is at least trying to win (MUTE!!!!) than someone who just goes and feeding non stop. Should be banned asap. There really need to be a better way to stop that.

No, you get an automated response and all they will check for is if someone retaliated to the person inting.. and if someone retaliated they get permabanned while the real troll keeps playing league! Keep your head up friend!

Most of the time you will get a response back saying something along the lines of, "Thank you for your report, make sure to use the in-game report feature as well, and that they can't tell you what they did (if anything) to the player because of privacy reasons".

Riot does do manual reviews occationally, but it's likely to be fairly rare.

Justifying enough man-power to manually police a community as large as league is difficult to put it lightly. Riot could dedicate tons of money in personnel who's only purpose is to manually review reports and it will seem like they are not even there because of the number of reports and players. It's far better to funnel money into making the detection system just a little bit better. But the detection system will never be capable of detecting and banning all the people who deserve to be banned.

yes it does.

It's 1344 times slower.

It clogs up the player support system.

The ticket can get lost.

It doesn't do a thing to increase the speed or likelyhood that someone can get punished.

AKA DON'T USE THE SUPPORT TICKET TO REPORT !!
