Just need 1 chat log of what Riot considers positive behavior.

I dont need "Read summoners code", "Don't be a jerk", "Use common sense". These comments lost all their meaning when Riot reformed me by turning 100% toxic. Im tired of being toxic that Riot accepts and I dont know what is considered correct behavior. If anyone can, please provide 1 chat log demonstrating what Riot considered positive behavior. This way I can ACTUALLY reform and know what right looks like.

You don't really need that level of detail. I'm serious here - just ask yourself 3 questions.

**Am I taking the piss out of a teammate who did something wrong/chose a wrong item build/is playing poorly? ** If so, don't hit enter.
**Am I gloating in /all over how badly I just wrecked the enemy champion or how bad they're playing? ** If so, don't hit enter.
**Would I be annoyed/disheartened/tilted if this line of text was directed at me? ** If so, don't hit enter.

Ask those 3 questions and you'll never have any punishment issues.

Since you have such difficulties understanding positive and negative behaviour, maybe let's start with something more simple... Here's a chat log containing what is considered neutral behaviour, that won't get you punished:
