When am I going to be permabanned?

It's been almost 7 months since I was 2-week banned. I was banned for apoligizing for everything, saying that I'm a sht-bag and telling people no when I don't agree with them. I've continued doing this during these 7 months after my 2-week ban. i was declared reformed 4 months ago for doing absolutely nothing different than what I was banned for. I'm still being told i'm toxic, a sht bag, and don't deserve my reformation status by both the Community and by Riot. I'm also still being told I'm going to be permabanned regardless of what I do and that the punishment tiers do not exist. I've been given no instruction or template as to what is acceptable to say and what is not.

So if I'm a toxic piece of crap, given no direction as to how to behave any differently, being threatened with permaban regardless of what I do, then there's nothing I can do that wont get me banned.

So when am I going to be permabanned? Since i'm apperantly the most toxic player in LoL decided by the Community here and by Riots employees, just get it over with. It's not like I have any friends left here anymore. You saw to that Riot.
