Vote-Kick Option

Edit: To make sure that it is not abused, just remove any time that'd you have to wait for being kicked. Just be kicked and re-queue'd. If having to wait after being kicked multiple times would be a problem.

Hi.

I'm a fellow league player like you, who fairly enjoys ranked a lot. I love league of legends, i love the game, and the community, although you get the toxic's here and there, is wonderful.

I'd like to ask of you Riot personally today, if there was some sort of way you could implement a vote-kick option in the pre-game ranked lobby like with the surrender vote.

See, just a few minutes ago i had a run in with a very toxic player, who had us nearly at gun point in lobby. Seeing as how i was in my promos match and i was one more win away from winning it, i could not dodge the lobby, nor did the other 3 players on our team because two of them were also duo'ed.

This is where the problem arises, there was only ONE player trolling the lobby that no one wanted to dodge and we knew that if this player were to intentionally feed once we got in game (which he did) that it'd for sure be a loss. Not a loss prevented. Not a reduced LP loss, but a straight up normal loss as if nothing went wrong.

Although it rarely ever happens and when it does all hell breaks lose when that player starts making threats to troll and everyone gets very mad and heated and i'm sure people will say that the vote-kick option would be abused and what not which i personally think that having to re-queue after a player is kicked, and for the people that were voting to just be placed back into queue. And just like leaving, the more you troll in champion select the higher your time goes up for every time you're kicked so you learn your lesson and or just can't play for an extended period of time. I feel like this would also be a better way to fix the problem of toxicity sooner then having people have to experience it first hand in game and report them after the damage is already done.

All i ask is, what would you rather have, to re-queue after the person is kicked and or you are kicked whether you trolled or not.. or to play out a 20 minute or so match with just one guy ruining it for everyone insuring that you don't win it?

Well this gets posted, a lot. IMO it would be abused, yeah you go right into que again but I'd rather not have to wait just because people don't like it when I play rammus top. :/

Also dynamic que is starting this season, you can play with more than 2 people, mobs could just go into que and kick everyone.

the only problem i see with this are Duo's. Like with Surrenders they will more than likely rule the vote, and since its not majority rules im sure people would troll more since they would have the upper hand with the votes. They really need to change up how voting works before something like this is implemented unless they just change it for this. Also this probably shouldnt be a Rank-only option. it should be open to all queues as people like this are all over in this game.

It can be abused but I'd rather have it than not have it due to having run into seemingly endless pre game lobby trolls in ranked and being held hostage by them.

If a 2/3/4-man group wants to boot someone so be it - the worst that happens is that player re-queues into another match.

And no Jax and Shaco weren't scripted bots they were actively participating in AllChat: "We're behind Baron come get us"

Considering that RIOT is about to release dynamic queues, it actually seems fairly obvious that implementing a vote kick option in champion select would be terribly abused by three and four man groups to terrorize solo and duo players: play what we want or get kicked. So yeah, not only would it not help, it would make the kind of behavior you want to prevent become more common.
