Look I know toxicity is bad in this game, but I'm human like anyone else. I've strive'd to change my attitude because I used to get chat restrictions, I have one bad game and I get permabanned??? I mean these guys were assholes in the pregame, and I got triggered and wanted to ruin their game. I was wrong, I admit it. But permabanned? Please reconsider! I've supported this game for a long time out of my own pocket, I know that doesn't give me any right to be toxic, but cmon! I don't purposely try and ruin this game for others! I had a bad day, got triggered by some assholes, and acted out. I understand getting a ban for it, but PERMABAN?

The restrictions were from seasons ago, I gave up League for a long time and recently came back. I have one bad game, and I get perma banned? Literally one. I haven't had any sort of punishments since I came back. I get reported 1v9 and suddenly permabanned?

If you can post the logs of your reform card, we can give you a little more insight as to what might've happened. It might be a case of something that needs to be addressed with Player Support.

Reform card? It showed my last game chat log, like I said it was one game. It shows no context, you dont see what they were saying and I reported them after the game as well. It had to have been an automated ban I've already opened a support ticket. I'm not posting the logs cus I'm ashamed I was triggered. This isn't a habit of mine anymore they can go look at my past games all they want.

I had tons of chat restrictions before, I got through all of them like two seasons ago then gave the game a break. Recently came back, have been fine, got triggered in my last game. Logged off to take a break, got back on and im permabanned... I was just flaming and ruining their game cus they were being assholes. Bad move on my part but come on permabanned?

I had issues in the past, anger issues mostly. I had like 200 chat restrictions and got through them all and I feel I reformed pretty good. Then I took a long break and just recently (December) started playing again. Also, somehow my account was compromsied and had ppl playing on it for who knows how long but I don't think that has anything to do with my permaban. Today I was toxic in a game, and by toxic I mean I got triggered by asshole teammates and just decided to feed and make them lose. I know, dumb idea. Then I log back in later to see I got permabanned for it? And they give you your chatlogs, with no context it doesnt show none of the asshole things they say to me, and yes I reported them too.

I don't intentionally ruin games, I don't like it when it happens to me either. But when I'm being trolled and people are trying to piss me off? I got triggered and had a bad game. Now I'm permabanned after working so hard to reform, and support refuses to give me any sort of possibility to reinstate my account. I think that is complete bull and a slap in the face to a loyal player who has supported the game financially for as long as I've played.

What choice do I have but to accept it? I just hope those assholes got the same punishment, but I highly doubt it.

This system of yours Riot, it does nothing to curb trolls. Trolls do not care if they get banned. You're only hurting loyal players, who might have behavioral issues that can reform. I've honestly tried. I've had support replies saying that I've been improving. I am willing to accept a punishment, I just feel that a permaban for someone who isn't a troll whos only joy in the game is ruining others good time is extremely harsh and unfair. You're hurting players who actually want to play and not be toxic.

Seek help for your anger problems and stop whining on the forums. You deserved the ban due to constant toxicity. You really think they would just keep giving you chat restricts and not a ban? Lmao

Without posting the chat log, it was just typical crap like they'd call me bad i'd say no you're bad but it all started pregame in the lobby its just bullshit how a premade can do this people.

Unless you cheated the game in some way that has led to a ban (cheating related perma ban will be merely met with a bot that says they can't tell you anything due to technical reasons), otherwise, go to support and send a ticket, they should tell you exactly why you're banned which would also include critical evidence such as portions of the chat log from you that they believe have contributed the most to the ban.
