For some reason i got banned for 14 days without prior penalties in the last month and in the examples they give when reporting you they also used 2 games from over a month and a half ago as evidence, How is that even fair.
Pretty sure they are doing the whole guilty before proven innocent thing and it aint cool

Thats why its a 14 day ban then. you dont get the same tier two times unless you go like over a year with out a punishment. Just a heads up, next one will be a perma ban, no matter how small the infraction.

The IFS is based on feedback by players. Data from the tribunal as well as feedback from players on the boards helps inform the IFS.
If you want feedback about your chat, then feel free to post them, although you could also write a support ticket.

See, here's the deal: The chat is NEVER out of context. If you're writing toxic stuff, it doesn't matter what the other people write. The only thing that matters is what YOU write. And the fact that you're not understanding that this is how it works, and how it should work, just shows everyone that you clearly are at fault and deserve the ban. I'm willing to bet $100 that with this attitude, you'll be permabanned a week after coming off the 2 week ban. Because you don't seem to understand, and hence won't change your behavior.

Your problem here stems from the fact you are trying to blame your toxicity on others, not on yourself. You are the one who sent the messages, you are at fault, nobody else. If you did not have the self control to not be toxic, that is your fault, nobody else.

Ahh that's where all your confusion lies, I think. You see, just because people report you, does not mean it's a valid report. They will review every report and check the validity. It's super hard to get a troll punished too, so if you get reported for trolling/griefing, and you weren't trolling, you will be 100% safe. It is ALWAYS required that you just not respond to baiters. Theres a reason for the saying "dont feed the trolls". I suppose you could consider that a lose lose, but I do not to think of it that way. Someone insulting you online and you not responding is not you losing imo. It's you ignoring an obvious asshole, and on top of that, you get to report the asshole and rest assured that you did nothing wrong and your account is completely safe. I hope this information helps, bud. It really is easy. I just think you didn't have a grasp on the concept of how it works.

It's not a lose lose situation. If someone else is toxic, mute them. You don't have to chat with them. They can report you as much as they want, you will never get punished for not using the chat at all. Ever. There are pings for all kinds of communication, and chat is not required to play the game. The fact that you're still arguing your point, and seemingly won't understand why you're at fault here is almost comical. You're a hopeless case I am afraid.. :/

Meh. I think people who are easily manipulated and sensitive enough to be hurt by random insults from strangers, who then turn an insult into a whole big argument and don't drop it for the whole game, are a big part of the problem. Obviously the manipulators are the problem as well. So just play it smart, don't feed the trolls, and you'll be fine. It's pretty easy to not get banned. And no I don't manipulate people. I know it's easy to think that everyone is like you, but I don't really talk to people who are cranky. If they seem tilted, I don't say shit to em, even if they insult me. Just report em. Or mute em if you can't help but snap back at their bullshit.

ModPeriscope2 votesContext only tells us why you said what you said. If you don't feel like sharing your logs, that's fine. Support does have access to all of the chat, but yes, you're only judged by your logs, as they are your actions, and you alone are responsible for them.

As in, the system is designed to give increasingly severe punishments (10-game, 25-game, 14-day, permanent) for repeated infractions. Those are the 'normal circumstances'. It's possible to skip tiers for extreme infractions, or increase/decrease the punishment after a Rioter review. Those are unusual circumstances.
