Why am I getting punished for my player griefing the team?

Context: Kayn smurfs with new acc, harasses me for being "NA", call me a "%%%" for losing against riven. Kept harassing me until I sarcastically reply back "u mad cuz u bad", before he rage quits after getting invaded and dies by fed kindred. At the time I was under a lot of stress from getting flamed by him, bot lane of our team was assuring kayn we can win because they were winning, he doesn't care because he is smurfing, hurs homophobic/nationalistic insults at me, then comes back to run it down top lane, soaking exp, dying on purpose, and afk in base until we lose the game.

he's user is "talk I int"

Chat restriction is meant to restrict players from ruining other's player experience, at what point is the system's auto ban system so strict that it punishes anyone who says trigger words due to getting frustrated by inter/griefers who gets off scot free? It just doesn't make any sense to me. There is no justice.

Your gameplay suffers more because of the amount of typing you did in that game. Try to just mute them or talk less. If you’re typing every 30 seconds you’re not giving your teammates the attention to the game they deserve.

Troll/toxic/ragey people will always exist. It’s better to ignore them do your beatbox and a lot of the times they just fall in line.

Dude. You dont have to ask for reports or repeatedly tell him hes going to be reported. Mute him. Report him. And play the game.

These logs werent that toxic but i know i would have muted you if i were in this game.

It's hard when a smurf who recently bought his acc. he don't care about the consequences of the game. Instead, punishes the whole team by calling you homophobic slurs, insults NA, and then when you get frustrated for saying 1 thing, he runs it down top, all while our other lanes are winning. It's easy to objectively argue, okay, I'm being negative for calling him out, but does no one see how messed up for an inter/griefer to get off scot free while the team who got griefed got punished? This system is back wards.
