Troll opens mid after dying 2 times first 6 min of game

title says it all. Player dies 2 times and says "gg, this game is over. Just ff 15" we tell him just to hug turret what does he do, he walks into lane and lets his laner kill him a couple more times. Then says "I'm just trying to leave this game, it's over" Player starts to walk through jungle afk farming. (he was mid lane fizz) couple guys on my team went to all chat and all they said was hey this guy is doing this please report. Well the fizz pipes up and says "send all the reports you want. I'm not texting toxic things and I'm moving my character around. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO ME" and it hit me that he is probably right. this troll who deserves nothing less than to be straight banned for this crap will walk away and in a couple games, couple days weeks or months he will ruin 4 other peoples game and again nothing will happen to this joke. honestly have not seen a troll like this in a long time, and I am furious.
