I WAS BANNED :(

I am going to get a ton of hate, I already am aware about this. I was recently permanently suspended from my favorite game in the whole world, League of Legends, for toxicity, but I find any toxicity in any online video game is already absurd as it is. League of Legends has a built in mute button so if someone is bothering you that much just mute them.

Now I am aware that the way the system works as of right now and what clarifies as a bannable offense, Yes I indeed did deserve the ban for my actions But when I try to make a ticket on Riots support and explain to them that I suffer from anxiety and anger issues they completely ignore it. When I get mad I just type away without any thought behind my words, I just do it and that comes from these disabilities. I need medication for these things but I am without, so i asked riot to wait for me to receive this medication and politely asked to be UN-banned when i got it. Turns out they completely ignored the fact that I have anger issues and started to just ignore tickets that I send them.

That is why I am coming to the Forums to seek help. I was toxic yes and do i deserve a penalty? In my opinion I do think I deserve a penalty for what I did in that specific game but no where close to a permanent suspension nor do I think anything said in the chat should result in a permanent ban except for racial, homosexual, and threatening to kill Etc.

The only things I said in that game was the following

-"Useless trash"

-"Blind"

-Telling the people flaming me to "stfu" & "Fuck off"

Does this deserve a permanent bad? I think that this was very minimal considering my conditions. I'll have the community decide on what they think and I hope if a Rioter sees this that they can help my whole situation out. Sorry for the people I offended I have been trying my best to stay positive as I have always done (just sometimes it goes to far and I can't control myself :( sorry)

Im just not understanding this whole ordeal. You say you know how the system works, but then are basically asking for Riot to make you into a special case. You knew the rules and still broke it anyway. Using your disability as an excuse is just disgusting. By that logic everyone can use that excuse and no one needs to get ban for anything because of my disability. How about taking actions for YOUR responsibility? You knew what was wrong, and still did it anyway. You even say you deserve a ban, so why isnt a permaban right to happen to you? I mean you say you knew the rules. Then you should know some actions you do could bump you up in the tiers of punishments, so why would this be any different in your case?

I didnt say that you suffering from a disability was disgusting, you using it as an excuse is disgusting. You arent taking responsibility for your actions. You even said you knew you were wrong. So why should Riot take you any different than everyone else in this game? Other people have disabilities as well, some much worse. They are not treated any differently than you or me because in Riot's eyes (as it should be) we are all treated equally. So stop using it as an excuse and take responsibility for your actions. You know what the rules are. Take this as a lesson and change for the better or find a game that lets you act like this with no consequences!

I wasn't using it as an excuse for my behaviour if you reread it maybe you can understand it better I said that when I get angry I can't control my actions so I wright away, not once did I say what I type is somehow ok because of this disability.

Yes you can control your angry, you can control what you say, again you are using your disability as an excuse. You want to be treated differently than everyone else because of your disability. Yes the system for this is automated but at the same time it takes into account all your reported incidences. So while there migiht be only one chatlogs doesn't mean that was your only evidence. They have possibly all the chatlogs from the reports, but they can only give you between 1-3 because of how their system/email work!

Also it needs to be consistent, or severe in order to be permaban. So either you said some pretty harsh stuff e.g. Death threats, slurs, etc. or you went through the tiers of punishment. In both cases you deserve it because you were given numerous warning about your behavior. All of this would be clear to us if you posted your chatlogs!

Then why mention it? You are looking for sympathy by mentioning it. By asking Riot to unban you when you get your medication, you're trying to use it as an excuse because you didn't have medication.

Not all excuses are bad I may have mis spoken when I said I'm not using it as an excuse but is is a legitimate one so that's that I will be discontinuing this post as everyone or mostly everyone is close minded in this discussion, good day

Or maybe people get perma banned because of these issues they are struggling with and that's why a lot of people who are banned have it

Yeah, sorry bud, ban it is, honestly you don't seem to have flown off the handle like most other people do on the boards when they get banned, props to you for that one, but... on the OFF chance you ever get a new account or pick it back up, there is a solution to never getting banned for toxicity ever again.

What happened was, while you might have not been AS toxic as you could have been, you were still negative enough to warrant a punishment. A perma ban takes the same amount of saltiness as a 10 game chat ban to get you punished. So yes, you deserve the perma ban, since Riot gave you 3 chances to reform.

Also, using your disability as an excuse to flame is bad and you should in no way get un banned. I could say I got my 14 day suspension because I was bullied and have PTSD from it or some shit and it kicked in (which isn't true, but anyway).

Sorry mate, you can still create a new account.

It's easier to not flame in the first place than have 1-9 other people mute you. Your actions are your responsibility not others.

Your anger issues are your problem. Not riot's or ours, yours. It's your responsibility to keep it under control, and it's your fault you didn't do what you needed to do to not be so angry.

Your problem, your fault, your punishment.
