Ignore player button

So my idea is simple and it comes from being forced to que with toxic players. Rather then having to report at the end of a game and hope riot deals with them instead i propose that riot give us a button that makes it so we will never que with that person again. An ignore player button of sorts im not sayin this is needed..... But i feel like almost every game i play now days there is always someone who has to play the blame game or talk crap to one player over a simple mistake. or even the back and forth bickering over all chat. Anyways just an idea let me know your thoughts on it and if you like it up vote it so riot might add it.
