Because I go on massive lose streaks even when my KDA is good and i'm winning lane and literally carrying my team but they suck so fucking bad I lose the game.

Then I finally get tilted and start flaming people. FIX THE FUCKING GAME to where both team have equal skill levels and stop putting one good person the on team while the other team has equally as good players. Maybe I wouldn't get irritated my elo is going to shit because I get a bot lane who keeps pushing lane up even though they've done died 6 -7 times.

Try pretending your team is made of NPCs. Just don't type. It'll help.

With that kind of attitude, you'll surely jump to a permaban after your 14 days are up if you continue this path. At no point in any situation are you to flame at your team. No matter how frustrated you are and no matter the reason. If you're tilted, take a break. Don't continue to play being upset.

There is a problem with balance in this match making. I'll agree with you there. The system is almost as bad as heroes of the storm.
