I can see you want to win, and rally the team to victory. Is your method working? Your way doesn't seem to be working, and I presume that's why you posted here.

If typing put-downs and insults to members of your team failed to help them improve (and judging from the chat logs, that's what happened) have you instead considered trying something different? Like typing words of encouragement, ideas and strategy, or even humor? I mean, if your teammates are going to make mistakes ANYWAY, maybe they'd maker fewer mistakes if they weren't being insulted...

I don't know about you, but I know that I play worse when I'm being flamed, blamed, insulted, raged at, etc.

Also, you could just leave them alone. If you don't type to them, they'll be less likely to type back in response to you. They could then focus more time on the game and less time typing words on the keyboard. That would be Better for Everybody™ I think. Just a suggestion.

Then again, if your way is working for you, I guess keep doing what you're doing. I just hope you don't lose your account.
