Received a ban as I responded poorly to an ally 
throwing my jungle camps away with her force of will and/or smiting away my camps and received a 14 day ban on my first offense of intentionally feeding. Is there anywhere I can go to email support and see if I had other problems that combined with the incident or if it was a one time ordeal.
You can speak with player support through a ticket, but intentional feeding is about the worst gameplay offense you can commit and the standard punishment for the first time, no matter how long you've been playing with a clean record, is a 14 day ban.
Just take the punishment in stride, and use it as a short break from League. When you come back try to step above those players that piss you off; they aren't worth getting frustrated over, and they aren't worth losing your account. The punishment after a 14 day ban is a permanent ban, but if you continue to show you've reform that will eventually drop down.
