You answered your own question as to why you got punished. You flamed and harassed other players for a good majority of the chat, not to mention the two instances of telling someone to kill themselves, something which falls under the zero-tolerance policy rule. Being frustrated is one thing, telling someone to kill themselves is another thing entirely. Next time if you have nothing helpful or constructive to say then just don't press Enter, and actually mute and report the people who act up rather than get into a shouting match with them.

The ban stays.
