5 games suspension for 1 time afk

I have never afked in any of the games. this is the first time that happened because of a real life issue and i get 50 min suspension. can't i get a more lenient punishment?

I highly doubt this was your first time, I recommend making a post asking about the standing of your acount , you should have had to sign an agree if it really was you first offensive

yeah i sort of remember that pop up. but i think it showed up only once on my main, it happened a long time ago so i am not even sure anymore.

Well, I believe that you only get the pop-up where you are forced to type "I Agree" once per account.

Other than that, though, Leaverbuster does not punish players because of one incident. Riot knows that this is just a game and that sometimes shit happens that causes us to have to leave in the middle of a match, which is why the designed Leaverbuster with some leniency. You will only get punished by Leaverbuster if you show a habit of leaving multiple games.

well that's definitely wrong then, I got this leavebuster without having any afks from any of my games in my memory. other than the one mentioned

Something to keep in mind is that Leaverbuster tracks more than just flat out leaving. It will tag you if you disconnect from a game and then come back to finish it, if you left for long enough, and it also tracks idle movements, such as staying in one place for too long doing nothing, or running around your base doing absolutely nothing useful. There's likely more that it will tag you for that I don't know about, but it's programmed to only tag and punish you when you show a habit of leaving games.

But who knows? Maybe it's possible that it made an error. I have no idea.
