I'd like to point out that about 1 year ago from now, my "Mr Happy Troll" account was hacked and there for banned because the person said nasty shit in chat. Riot told me it was my fault that my account was hacked and banned and refused to give my account back stating that the security of my account is my responsibility, because that makes sense right? Let's just punish the long time fan of our game and steal all of his money because something happening to his account that was 1000% not his fault. You people need to take some notes from other game companies because they actually KNOW how to run a community.

Yes, it does make sense.

Because the security of your account IS your responsibility. Who elses would it be?

Riot can't prevent people from chosing a garbage password. Riot can't scan peoples computers for malware for them. Riot can't prevent people from falling for scam pages. Riot can't prevent people from telling their password to other people.

Simple as that. Your acc gets hacked = Its your fault. And yes, that does indeed make perfect sense.

I'd really suggest you never open any post or plea with: "hey assholes", it tends to get people on the opponents side. As for the hacker part it would open up the option for this.

1: change my password 2: troll 3: when caught, pretend you got hacked 4:go to step 1.

well...did you give the hackers any information on the account?, seems like a odd responds from support if they couldn`t back it up.

this (at best for your case) is someone from riot made a mistake in banning you, however you lack anything to prove thats the case, with the information you have giving at this point can this post be summed up with "riot is dumb" and carry the same weight...

but you find this enough to state that "riot cant run a community"...

mate...YOUR CASE CAN`T EVEN STAND ON IT´S OWN, yet you find it fitting to use it as a exsample to show "how bad riot is"... [zombie-brand-facepalm] [zombie-brand-mindblown]
