csgo has a much better report system. In csgo you can say WHATEVER you want in the chat like no one gives a shit what you say, however for hacking and trolling you get a 6 week ban. This is the kind of system Riot needs.

Obviously someone isn't going to call the police, they are just going to hit that fucker in the face but you can't do that over the internet.
