People stop playing League not because of URF or anything, it's the environment

Some players are not playing well but they sure know how to blame others. Or they have offensive names or just start the game talking about racist shit. Although they're reported, it's not getting better. Some players are ruining the environment for everyone. Look at their names and their clubs' names. Isn't there a screening system or is it so hard to do?

Plus, I got mad when we got baron buff and elder dragon buff, Ahri and Cho just started wandering around in the jungle, wasting the buff time. It made me sick to see people playing like that and still blaming other players.
