Why League doesn't ban people with negative behavior?

It's always frustrating to play this game seeing people are saying really bad shit to their teammates and components. Yet, not every reported one has been punished yet, at least it doesn't tell me that my report works. Now the game environment is so bad that I don't really want to play this game anymore. Isn't there a better way to protect players from cyber violence and let them enjoy the game? Or this is what Riot wants to see? Trash talking and aggressive languages?

They don't punish negative behavior? Here's a link that proves you wrong.

if people's words are so upsetting to you then just type /mute all at the start of each game.

riot has put this feature in to protect its more fragile players.

Honestly i can understand frustration its caused by caring about the game your in and not getting positive results,

I would rather riot go after people who go out of their way to physically lose a game then talk shit.

AKA feeding not trying passive inting afking blatant feeding when its not just a bad game.

Nothing is more toxic then someone not trying and just giving up the game that is completely winnable..

I can say i do talk shit sometimes because i give my 110 percent in ranked and when i'm not getting that back from my team i get frustrated at them because my lp is on the line and also theirs and i'm the only one who cares.

I just got a 14 day for saying some things. Deserved, yes. Was it worth it, to tell that toxic player off? Yes. Will that toxic player I flamed get punished, no. Is it fair? No. Do I have to deal with it, yep. Could I have responded differently, probably. But toxicity breeds toxicity, and choosing to be toxic through in game actions can tilt good people to the brink of becoming a monster. which is what happenend to me. Being stuck in a game with someone toxic, not being able to leave, the toxic person not surrendering, and then because I open my mouth, because I'm so pissed at the audacity of this asshole to do what he did in game, lead me to break. This is the only fucking game I've played that cares more about what people say, than what they actually do. And Riot has created a culture of people who just report you because of the language instead of wheteher or not you are right or wrong. Even though there is a mute option and a language filter. Why fucking have those things if you are still going to punish people for saying things, because instead of being muted or filtering their messages you chose to listen and be offended just so you could feel like a good person for reporting someone over some words.

My main point is context. Riot doesn't care about context. They see a bad word and are like, that person is the problem, when really it took the actions of another to drive most people to the point where they say something bannable.

I never care what people say cause its just words and they dont know me, but when you commit toxic actions (not words) in game, I will flame the shit out of you. And if you flame me first, you have opened yourself up to being equally flamed.

video games are made for trash talking and aggressive language, its like shit talking in sports but without the threat of people yelling back

I dont agree with your statement in my opinion trash talking and aggressive language should be allowed and if you dont want to see it you can mute it but Riot doesnt allow either of these and if it bothers you /mute all if you dont want to do that just grow up or play a different game.
