What is up with these bots?
Over the past few days, I have encountered many match where al the champion enemies hug around a tower. All they do is run away or toward the enemy opponents. It is ruining the game for me.

Unfortunately you're going to run into them as often as you already have. Fortunately riot seems to be banning accounts associated with 3rd party programs, including behaviors observed from games played years ago. Hopefully this might make ppl think twice before buying a botted lvl 30 account, but overall ppl are still going to bot and nothing much can be done about it.
You may have been placed on the DNC list. If so, any attempt to climb the ranked ladder will end with you placed with bots and feeders.
Don't worry, they'll delete that mode soon like they did with Dominion because they don't know how to stop bots in their own game.
